I'm not sure if this video is real or staged. The other "mechanic" looks liek a bad actor saying "Oh No!" every time he puts both hands on his head. Also, he tries to jack the car back up but it never goes up.

Either way, it's still a good visual reminder why you should NEVER get under a car that is just on a jack. ALWAYS use jack stands.
