Hello everyone, i just bought an 06 GLS for my mom. Question, how do you get the headlights to stay on long enough to see to get in the front door, does this model have this feature?

one more thing...are the map lights suppose to come on when u open the door?

This car does not have the delayed headlights fade feature. She can keep hitting the unlock button on the alarm keyfarb (if equipped with one) which will flash the parking lights enough to light her way and then lock it once she gets to the door.

I haven't noticed if the map light comes on when opening the door but I don't think they do and they shouldn't. Maybe someone else will confirm.
