My back seat is stuck. I can't get the seat part up because the strap is stuck in the back rest part. I can feel the strap and I can get my hand down there but can't get any tool or anything down there. Is there a way to get it from underneath or do I have to go to the dealer? Thanks, Ruffrdervt
