My Santa Fe has starting problem, averaging once a week. The engine just cranks and dies of. I give it a minute and re-start, then it is fine. The battery is fine and dealer confirmed that other systems were fine.The dealer has no idea why the car does not start (and at his workshop it starts immly!).

I noticed this after my dealer replaced remote lock system. So I assume some electrical/ wiring/ software glitch is causing this.

Anyone else have similar problem(s)?

My friends Santa Fe has an intermittent start problem when in Park. Starts fine in Neutral. There is a shift lock that needs to be replaced in the shifter console area.
