I'm trying to replace my timing belt and hit a snag. I can't loosen the tensioner to slide the belt off. I loosened the bolt on the right. Howevever, the bolt on the right with the spring underneath won't budge. I heard someone say turn it clockwise to unloosen? What should I do?
