The short answer is no, it is not necessary. The long answer is that if you have dirty injectors, it indicates another problem exists. Under normal use, modern detergent gasolines can keep your injectors clean. If you have no symptoms that indicate a fuel system problem, then don't have it done. Your dealer is trying make $170 the easy way. Also, one last caution- on some Hyundai models (I think mostly later than yours), putting a fuel injector cleaner in your fuel can actually damage fuel system sensors and cause additional problems.
