Greetings;
I hope someone here can help with a puzzling problem my 97 Elantra with 61000mi. is experiencing.  It's been occasionally hesitating for a few seconds while accelerating from a stop in 1st and 2nd gear after reaching operating temp. It does'nt always happen however seems more prevelant when the fuel tank is over a quarter full. It's non existant below a quarter full and once in the upper gears it runs great.  I've cleaned the throttle body, replaced the air filter, fuel filter, pcv valve, battery, plugs, plug wires, fuel pressure regulator and last but not least on the Hyundai service managers reccomendation(timing) the timing belt.  The check engine light came on and showed fault code 1123(rich fuel mixure) Thank you in advance for anyones help.
Regards
Carl in Fla.
