I guess the better question is, do I have to put the #1 Cylinder at TDC before removing the Crankshaft pully and Harmonic Balancer, just to be able to remove the lower timing chain cover to gain access to the water pump to be able to remove it??? Please anyone..

Yup, just found out I have to do all sorts of different things to get to that damn water pump.... LOL Thanks though.
