All I have is the owner's manual.

I've registered on the site you recommended, and I'll start going through the materials there. If I can fix this myself, I'll certainly give it a try.

Thank you for all of your help.
If this is something that could happen to someone else, and is avoidable, I'll post the diagnosis once I've figured it out.

Your very welcome and I wish you the best of luck.. I would also recommend you getting a Haynes repair manual for your vehicle from any auto parts store. They are only 14.99 and well worth the price. That's good to repost with the solution, great attitude. Take care.

Just came back from the dealership. They didn't specify what the issue was exactly, just that I need a new clock assembly. It's being ordered and I'll bring it back in next week for replacement.

Even funnier, though, is that as they were ordering the replacement part for me and drawing up the paperwork, the tech came back into the office and said "Hey, it's working again" and wasn't too sure what he did, but since it's covered under warranty, they are going to replace it anyway.

When they change it out, I may get more info, but I think something happened during my jumpstart to send a shock through the system and reseating the parts was the fix.
