krisoc -> 2002 Santa Fe failed inspection/Computer problem? (1/10/2008 10:03:23 AM)

Hi, I have just be told by the inspection station in NY that my Santa Fe failed inspection because the stations computer could not communicate with the car's computer. Has anyone ever heard of this problem. Would a computer problem be covered under the 10yr/100000 mile powertrain warranty. I have approx 85K on it. Any ideas or help out this appreicated
