98 Accent doesnt even try to turn over - 8/19/2005 11:44:03 AM    Neoimmortal   Posts: 2 Joined: 8/19/2005 Status: offline Hello, I have a 1998 accent 1.5L that will not turn over. Doesnt even try, makes a strange electrical whining noise. I get this same noise now when trying the hazard lights or headlights. That noise seems like it is trying to provide power but isnt able to get enough. The battery seems weak and is a little caroded but I cleaned it off a little bit. I will be taking it down and testing it later today. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Post #: 1
