How many bolts?  I don't know, my Sonata doesn't have a spoiler.  However, every car I have owned with a spoiler on the back deck was setup the same.  If you open and examine the inside of the the truck lid you should see where the connectors pass through the deck to the spoiler.  You might have to remove rubber plugs in the sheet metal to reveal the nuts or bolt heads holding on the spoiler.

The number of holes and where they go will depend on the spoiler kit you buy.  For example:

http://www.autoanything.com/body-kits/60A1735A0A0.aspx

explains that you will need to locate and drill the holes needed to mount the wing on the trunk lid.  Kits like this usually come with a paper template or templates for locating where to drill the holes for mounting (measure twice or thrice and drill once).  The above example is bolted on each side, straddling most of the deck surface.  The Hyundai spoiler looks like it mounts along the back of the deck, with holes needed along that edge.  I would suggest you get a look at the kit you thinking of installing to make sure instructions and the templates are included.

You'll also need to partially dismantle the trunk lid, mostly to remove the inner liner and what ever mechanics that might be in the way.  Goto:

to access the Hyundai Service Website. Once registered (use Internet Explorer, it doesn't like Firefox or other browsers), select "Shop" under the "Service Information" tab.  Select the model, year and engine of your car.  Drill down the menu tree to "Body (Exterior and Interior)">"Trunk Lid">"Repair Procedure".  You'll step-by-step instuctions for taking the trunk lid apart.
