I'm having a hard time putting on my new struts. I can't completely connect the struts bottom piece with the knuckle. They don't line up completely to fit the bolt through. What am I doing wrong.

Do you have the car hanging? Is the knuckle just hanging there? Try using a jack top press it up a bit more. You should be able to fit it then.
