I live on Grand Cayman and own a 1999 Hyundai ATOS. I believe I have a moisture issue with the engine...but I'm not a mechanic. My car won't start in the mornings, but when I try again in the afternoon (once the day has warmed up it starts right up). The engine turns over but it seems like it's not getting any fuel. The engine is a 1600 cc 4 cylinder...if you need more info please ask. I am a student and really need to get to school on time in the mornings. Thanks for any help you can offer.

If you raise the hood in a dark place when the engine is running, can you see any sparks, especially around the ignition wires, etc.?  If you have bad wires or coil packs, it can keep the car from getting good spark in humid conditions because too much of the energy is leaking out to ground via the sparking/arcs.
