Can anyone tell me if its possible to add some kind of bluetooth capablity to my car, which is a 2007 Sonata

There are aftermarket products like:

Also, Bluetooth was a seperate option on my 08 Sonata, independent of the audio system. A Hyundai dealer might be able to add bluetooth to an 07 model.
