Bluetooth?

Can anyone tell me if its possible to add some kind of bluetooth capablity to my car, which is a 2007 Sonata

There are aftermarket products like: http://www.crutchfield.com/App/Product/Group/ProductMenu.aspx?search=bluetooth&osp=&skipvs=T&g=280050 Also, Bluetooth was a seperate option on my 08 Sonata, independent of the audio system. A Hyundai dealer might be able to add bluetooth to an 07 model.
