The top sites are www.seoulfulracing.com , www.kspec.com <---00-01 turbulance is the model you look for there, and www.sharkracing.com . now those are site for very high quality but very expensive performance parts. But as much as a lot of people are against this, ebay has a ton of stuff on there to get you started and it won't cost you an arm and a leg, and if you're not planning on racing the car on a regular basis, thats were i would go, they have a decent full s.s. exhaust from the headers back, headers, CAI's, pulleys, performance plugs and wires, hoods, wings, body kits, ect. just do your search in ebay motors area under parts and accessories. hope this helps HERE ARE SOME LINKS TO CERTAIN PARTS HEADERS WITH 2 o2 SENSOR PORTS http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Stainless-Steel-Header-Hyundai-Tiburon-97-99-00-01-4Cyl_W0QQitemZ320220287296QQihZ011QQcategoryZ33633QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem FULL EXHAUST SYS. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Tiburon-Elantra-Catback-Exhaust-97-01-15-HP-Stainless_W0QQitemZ140209858662QQihZ004QQcategoryZ33633QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem COLD AIR INTAKE http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/97-98-99-00-01-02-HYUNDAI-TIBURON-4CYL-COLD-AIR-INTAKE_W0QQitemZ140210514947QQihZ004QQcategoryZ38634QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem LIGHTWIEGHT FLYWHEEL(HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU HAVE A 5SPEED) http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/F1-RACING-PROLITE-FLYWHEEL-00-04-HYUNDAI-TIBURON-2-0-L_W0QQitemZ170196332224QQihZ007QQcategoryZ33732QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

First, you have an inline 4-cylinder engine, not a V4. No, a V8 won't fit and while a V6 MIGHT fit, it would cost a lot of money and time. You are better off adding a well-designed turbo.

Yes, agree with all Nova says expect, you could spend around the same amount for a good full turbo kit as you could to get your head ported and polished. The power would come on a little different and won't be able to adjust the power like on a turbo, and you wouldn't get the amount of hp like a turbo but it would be consistant, and it would be a lot more reliable. Plus, depending on your on the miles you have on the tiburon, if you threw a turbo kit on it and the engine wasn't sound, boom!!!! and then you'll be shopping for a new engine or a new car. If you got head work done and simply rebuilt the motor, it would be stout with minimal chance of a break down. But, that is just my opinion. A lot of guys turbo their tibby and i haven't heard many horror stories.
