I have a PA760 radio with a setting in setup called "SDVC". What does it mean ?

SDVC stands for Speed Dependent Volume Controller, which is intended to adjust the volume of the radio based on the speed at which the vehicle is moving, making the radio louder when it is moving faster and the interior is presumably noisier than when moving slower.
