02elantra -> power steering problem (3/2/2008 6:32:55 PM)

hello,i have a 2002 elantra with 126,000 miles.I just had all the belts changed including the timing belt and waterpump about a week ago. today the power steering started squealing, checked to see if it was to loose or to tight it was ok, i had someone turn the wheels while i watched, the power steering pulley seems to be stopping, i also checked for leaks and didn't find any. any information will be helpful thanks.
