Drive Tension Location /OD Issue

Hello! I hope you guys can help me. I have a 2001 Accent 3Dr. The problems I'm having is:

1. The location of the Drive belt tension to tighten the Drive belt
2. O/D Doesn't work.

Can someone tell me where the Drive Belt tension is located (Picture would be great!!). The car squeal like crazy when I start it and then it disapear after a bit.

Secondly, I was wondering if anyone had this problem with their accent. My Over Drive stopped working. When I push the button the light comes on or off on the dash but when driving it doesn't kick into the last gear. It worked when it was cold last year and during the summer time it stops. Now it doesn't work period. Is there a sensor or something that tells the ECU when to switch gears or something? When it was first dying it would come on and off within a 3 second period. When that happened I just turned it off. Thanks. Hopefully I can get this fixed.

CHECKING POWER STEERING BELT TENSION1.Press the V belt, applying a pressure of 98N (10kg, 22lb) at the specified point and measure the deflection to confirm that it is within the standard value.
Standard valueV belt deflection : 7~10 mm

2.If the belt deflection is beyond the standard value, adjust the belt tension as follows.
(1)Loosen the bolt adjusting the power steering "V" belt tension.

(2)Put a bar or equivalent between the bracket and the oil pump and adjust the tension so that the belt deflection is within the standard value.

(3)Tighten the bolt adjusting the power steering "V" belt tension.

(4)Check the belt deflection and adjust it again if necessary.

After turning the V belt in the normal rotation direction more than once, recheck the belt deflection.
