Are you asking about the belt that can be seen on the front (to the left facing the engine bay) of the engine?

I was just trying to make sure you understood the engine has to be partially disassembled.  No offense meant.  I've seen folks ask questions confusing the drive belt with the true timing one, not realizing how deep they have to go into the engine for this procedure.  Go to:

http://www.hmaservice.com/

Register and login.  Be mindful of the "system requirements".  Once in, click on "Shop".  A screen will come up with 3 boxes that let you pick your model, year and engine.  Drill down through the menus that expand from the engine designation "Engine Mechanical System" => "Timing System" => "Timing Belt".  From there you'll access several pages of info providing everything you need to know about removing and reinstalling the belt.

Good luck.

It does list the X3 variant of the Accent, which should be the US equivilent.  The 1.5 liter SOHC engine is the same Alpha engine as your 1.3I, only bored out for a slightly larger displacement.  The belt replacement procedure should be same.

I believe Ken 99 is right about the same way to work on that car...
