Anyone assembled a cold air intake from the Specter line for a 2008 Accent.  The specter line is being carried by the local Oreillys and Advance auto parts stores.  Another question about the cold air intake stuff.  I was changing the oem air filter for the first time and there is a large alum. flat object on the side of the air box.  What is it, can it be left there while a CAI is installed.  The stock air filter lasted about 7000 mi and cost $20.00, a K & N will pay for itself
in mileage and replacement costs.  I have priced the hyundai CAI and it's over $300.00 (ouch).
