Bought these HIDs for my car and now it seems i have one brighter then the other does anyone have suggestions?

I suggest you take the car to a dealership.

Can't they will charge since its considered a modification.

Few things to think about,

1. Did you touch the one bulb? the oils on your hands could/may change the chemical makeup of the bulb and the gases inside it and will change color (making it blow)
2. Where did you buy them? (ebay?, contact the seller, they might of sold you such a cheap pair)
3. Check and make sure both Grounds and Pos cables are hooked up securly. and re-check all plug and play connections.
4. Posssibly look up local audio/car shops in area, see if they can provide some assistance.

I would not goto hyundai, they wouldnt know one thing about them..... plus its just something for them to hassle you on because of the "Modification" you did.

This does help i put them in myself. I didn't touch the bulb. but i did buy them on ebay. I will contact the seller.
