Ken99:

I'm looking at installing a Oil Pressure Gauge (Cyberdyne), on my 03 Tiburon 2.7L. I relize there is already an oil sensor on the motor, located just by the oil filter. But I do not want to tap into that sensor. Is there a alternate plug on the block that I can remove and install the new sending unit. Youv'e been a great help with anwering all my other questions, Hope you can help.

You want to install a second oil pressure transducer, but leave the original transducer intact (which feeds the ECU with oil pressure data)?  I'll do some digging, but I don't see a problem with you installing a brass tee fitting where the present sensor is at with one side of the tee used for the original transducer and the other side for the new one.  Is there a reason why you haven't considered that?

P.S. I think you give me far more credit than I deserve.

I did look into puttiing a T or a Y fitting, but I don't want to screw around with the initial sender. I'm wondering if there is another plug on the block that I can just remove and replace with the new oil sender.

There is what appears to be a port with a plug (circled) coming directly off of the oil pump at the front of the engine, just above the relief valve.  I don't know if this will serve your purpose or not.  You'll have to hook up the transducer or a pressure gauge directly to test it.  Don't be tempted to mess with the relief valve port.

What worries me, is ever part on the breakdown is named and numbered, except for that plug. I will be taking the car in for an oil change this weekend, while it is on the hoist I will take a look at the plug.

Yes, I noticed that as well.  It could be it's there for Hyundai mechanics to tap into, so it was left unlabeled.  My only other suggestion, based on personal experience, is to look for similar plugs on the back end of the block.  Oil galleys are usually routed through the end walls to feed the valve train.  If you do find such a plug, slowly remove it.  If coolant leaks out, seal it back up.  If it leaks oil, then you may have found the access you are looking for.
