Hi every one I bout our 2002 2x4 2.7 santa fe brand new I have 188000 miles on it, I get 22 mpg on it and never had a thing go wrong with it. I had the trans flush at about 50,000 ones, nothing else. But I no my luck wont last, so I am changing spark plugs, wires, pvc, air filter, serpentine belt, timing belt and the brakes. Anything else that should be change? I no I been told I just got lucky, but it been a grate car. My wife bout a new 2008 Beetle convertible, so the santa fe is now mine so I thought what the hick. So how many mile do you all have on your, what kind of MPG do you get???

WOW!  You are one lucky guy.  I can't believe it lasted that long with almost no service.  The timing belt shodul be changed every 60K miles.  I'm sure new plugs, wires and a new air filter will make it run much better and more fuel efficient.

I'd also flush the trans again and flush the coolant.

That's a lot of miles, but it's only 6 years.  The timing belt interval is 4 years/60,000 miles.  You're over on both, but I'm not that surprised it didn't break.  Still, you need to do that ASAP!
