the guage face lights on my 2002 accent wont light up and the fuses and bulbs are good, what could be wrong

I think there something wrong with the connection of the wires. It’s already happened to my car lights.

Check the simple things first. Are you sure the dimmer is all the way up?

is the dimmer plugged in? if unplugged the lights will not work
