The intake air temperature sensor is built into the mass air flow sensor body and connects through the same harness connection.

Thank you for the reply. It looks like it is part of the maf conector 5 wire harness,not separate is this correct? I triied to single it out but I guess it is not a separate conection. Is this corect? Rick

Yes, it is part of the 5 wire connector attaching the MAF to the harness.  IAT output appears to be pin #1 of the connector.
