my sister has a 2002 hyundai accent and recently started to have some problems with it. at first her windshield wipers stopped working. you could hear the motor but nothing would spray out. then about two weeks later her horn stopped working. she told me about these problems yesterday, and today she called and told me that her car was stuck in park at line at the bank. a nice guy helped her pop her shift lock and she was able to move the car. when i got to her and checked out her fuses, they were popped. when we put in other extra fuses that we had, it kept popping them. her turn signals also dont work and that barely started today. she had an accident and the car was fixed in december. i am wondering one if it has to be a short somewhere and if so could it possibly have been started by them fixing the car and if it would have really taken this long for it to start acting up. not too good with electrical problems and any help would greatly be appreciated.
