My 2004 Elantra is making a high pitched screeching sound when I start it or turn the wheel. It has 72000 miles and I just recently had The Timing Belt,Drive Belts water pump and thermostat changed. Does anyone have any idea what the problem may be?

The drive belt isn''t tight enough. Take it back to the dealer or mechanic who installed it.
