Hi I need some quick advice -

Just bought a Hyundai Getz 1.3 2003 model from a none hyundai used dealer two days ago.

the cars seemed ok to me but i''m not a mechanic,
Ive drive roughly 100 miles and now the Malfuction Indicator light is on all the time?

the car seems to be running ok but i dont if i should continue to drive it?

help some adivce needed quickly.

There are 100s of reasons for the light to come on.  Go to an AutoZone store and have them read the codes.  Be sure to write down the number so it can be looked up.

You can also disconnect the battery for a minute and this whould clear the code.  If the code comes back then you know you have a problem for sure.  Some times the light will get set and the problem that caused it does not happen again.
