Hi there...and Greetings from Germany first...

I search for help with my ABS.

After i start my Hyundai Getz 1,3 GLS the ABS and the Brake light are on.(at the same time) The other control lights will be out after 5 seconds.

My Hyundai Dealer say´s that i have to change the complete ABS unit for 1500 €.
Is it Possible that there is only a speed sensor Problem? i think that the hyundai dealer only try to make money..

The car is 5 years old now and only 40000KM (i think its near 25000 Miles)...

Maybe someone has the same problem and can help....there is no answer in german forums......

If the lights are on, the computer should be sending a code. Ask the dealer what the code is and maybe we can figure it out.
