Hey..DJ here...New.

Is it possible to put an '03+ V6 into a 2001 DOHC 16.V Tiburon?

Also, Can you put an '05 Tiburon Tusconi Steering wheel into an '01 Tiburon?

i dont see why the steering wheel woudlnt fit...most steering wheels are fairly standard, and just bolt in...the only issue may be in the connection for the airbag system...

as for the engine...the problem you may run into is that the 4 cyl and 6 cyl must have different engine mounting points, thus they may have different suspension (to handle the increased weight) and different front unibody sections...but worst comes to worst, you could just change the front section and drop the V6 right in!

The V6 won't fit in the RD's engine bay without some MAJOR customization.

We've talked it to death on my forums before and it would cost about 4 thousand dollars at least, to get the Delta V6 into the Tib.

THEN, it's 200 LB's heavier than the Beta 1 engine, and only has 40 more HP. Not worth it mang.

It DEFINATELY is not a "Drop right in".

I gotta agree With Red on that one ..the whole subframe unit is different you would have to go to a complete standalone management system the Engine and trasaxle unit is wider , you'd have an easier time puttin a chevy small block in it <ack spew> yeah jus go out an trade yours in for a used 03 GT and go from there
