how about some of those neat korean parts for a xg
cold air kits
dual exhaust
and how come a 3.5 l is so under powered
i mean 194 hp out of a 212 cubic inch v6 dual overhead cammed 4 valves per cylinder
dude this is horsepower making stuff at least should be around 212 hp with 212 torque
what did they (hyundai) do to kill the power these engines should make
i believe that just a good cold air kit and a good exhaust system would really wake this engine up
and some computer programing could eazliy get more i see no problems getting an eazy 300 hp out of this engine
given the right stuff

Alot of times if you have underated factory horsepower it is mainly due to breathing restrictions. Put on an intake and exhaust, which are mainly universal, and you will gain some of those back.
