Hi all ,
I have a new 2006 Elantra Limited (1,200 miles). The AC fan seems to slow down intermitently. Also, the Air will blow slightly less cold at intermitent times. I LOVE my car and am just sick that something may be wrong so soon (Warranty aside).

It happens at all fan speeds and in both circulation modes.

The loss of cold air noticeable but lasts only for a few seconds.

Is this normal or do I take her in?

If the fan slows down and the air is less cool when stopped at a light or other times when the engine is at idle, this is normal. If it is really bad, take it to the dealer and let them see if they can find something.
