I own a 2000 Accent that I bought as my winter driver/work car, I've put 90,000kms on it in 2 years and I am pretty damn disapointed with how fast parts wear and break down especially the WHEEL BEARINGS, I've replaced 3 of them and I've never hit a curb or nothing...just from some hard driving. I also own a 93 Nissan 240sx coupe which I have swapped a 2.0 turbo engine into (SR20DET if anyone is familiar) and with some mods has 225 whp...really fun car. Anyway i'm joining learn some things about the accent and share some thoughts!! Peace out
If you get this, answer me this. What kind of mileage does your Accent get? My 02 Accent gets about 18MPG does that sound about right to you? I think its awful considering other cars of similar type and size.
