I have a 95 Accent 1.5L There is oil leaking on the right side of the engine. I have to put a quart in weakly. The oile is not burning in the cylinders so its not the head gasket. My pcv valve is operational. What else could it be.

If the oil is pouring down the side of the engine block from near the top, it is probably a bad valve cover gasket or other seal near that area. If you just see the oil at the bottom, it is probably related to the oil pan. Either one or more of the seals are bad or the pan itself is leaking. If you live in an area with salt on the roads as I do, your pan has probably become peforated by rust. I just barely saved mine from that problem by repainting it before it rusted through. There are other possibilities as well. Oil leaks can be hard to trace.
