Hi I have a 1995 Lantra GLS auto 1.8. I had the auto rebuilt and since then it intermittenly has very harsh changes mainly under low load. The problem is less if I plant it. Have been back to the rebuilder and Hyundai with no resolution. Now it will do it when the air con cuts in but the revs do not appear to be dropping enough for it to drop out of drive although I susspect this is the additional problem.
Sny ideas????????

it sounds like when the trans was rebuilt, it was done so too tight internally, so the bands inside slam together instead of easing together..
