I have a 2001 Elantra, it started to overheat, buy the time I made it to the off ramp it was well into the red. I got down to the bottom of off ramp car died and all idiot light came on. Towed it home and tried to start but wont. The car turns over, but acts like no fuel or spark. Question: Is there an anti melt down, either fusable link, fuse or reset of the computor on this car. Or am I just missing something. Do I need to take to dealer. Nearest dealer 20 miles away. big tow charge. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Louie

You might need to have a compression test done.If you overheated too bad its probably cooked.Bring it to a shop.
