Thats good to know since I just bought the 2006 Sonata GLS V6. The other day I was reading the reviews and compairing the Accord which I also used to have to the Sonata, and MSN reported that the Sonata was slower that the Accord and Camery but when I looked at all the 0-60 and 1/4 mile times it showed that sonata was infact the fasted. I think that MSN is a little bias and don't expect consumers to look into what they report. But 147 not bad.

Wow!!!! Now that's what I call a car. It has speed, handling, and looks awesome !!! I just started to like Hyundai's and it seems more and more often I keep seeing articles and hearing from other Hyundai owners how good they are and I'm so glad I decided to get one !!!!!

hi,everyone actualy we were so impressed by 2006 sonata v6 we bought 2 mine is silver my wifes aquamarine,love the car same 0-60 times as my 86 mustang gt,that had a 302 ho amazing what sixes can do toay car and driver got a sonata to do 0-60 in 6.6 seconns,by the way for all the folks that think a hyundai cannot do over 140 ,motor trend mag article had another man pulled over in vermont for doing 140 in arenal sonata,guess the speed cameras were right at least by the replys

also ,i forget to mention the stabilty control what a saver .try driving a dodge dakota with a360 in the rain,also the sonata smokes that truck
