Hello,
I am working on a 95 Elantra with 1.6L engine that has a vacuum leak and will not idle cause of it. Got the car with the head removed and now have it back together and have a vacuum leak in the fuel rail area towards the timing belt. I Understand that if there is something that might be missing in the fuel rail that would cause this problem. Have checked on the vacuum lines and are hooked up properly and aren't cracked anywhere.
This leak is so bad you can hear it hissing away and you would figure as loud as it is I should be able to locate it but so far no luck. If anyone can give me some freash ideas I will very greatlful.
Thank you,
