Azera Cup holders

I just purchased my new Azera only to be disappointed in the drivers console's cup holders. They are too shallow to hold most cups, and thus they allow the taller drink cups to tip over. Has anyone else realized this and I am sure there is a retro fit in the works.

The main complaint I have about the Azera cup holders is that the opening is side-to-side. The corners jab you in the thigh if you move the least little bit. I noticed that the new Sonata has it mounted front to rear and is a better cup holder ... I would love to have my cup holder front to rear so it wouldn't stick driver or passenger in the upper thigh.

I use a tall insulated coffee mug with no problem. The edge of cover is no where near my thighs, and I am not a skinny person.
