hey, today i put in the 1.8L cam and everything went perfect. But i do have to say that i feal a slower acceleration. I did not have time to reset my ecu(I will) and i need oil change. I am curious to your reaction. If i get a 1.8 Ecu will it work better with the cam, or what ? The sound with the cai AND CAM is GREAT.

Sorry I didn't see this sooner mang, I'm not getting email notifications anymore for some reason. Cheap ass forums.

LOL

Anyways, you'll need to reset your ECU or just give it a week or 2 for it to adjust on it's own. The 1.8L ECU will definately work better with the cam. And I agree, the CAI sounds GREAT doesn't it?

the cam is getting better, it brought my shifting to about 6200 rpms and i still have power to shift with. I am not sure if i am going to get ecu but who knows. I think i am almost happy with my motor but not to happy with the suspension. I have front and rear strut bars. I want to change the sus but I am not sure of that either. Any suggestions of either of these things. I will look you up on halo My name is probaler.

Suspension, easy fix.

Eibach springs and struts, or Eibach springs and KYBGR2 Struts.

They feel great and don't ride too rough.

what if I just change the struts and springs. I really don't want to have a rough ride. I'll get what i have to but I wanted some other opinions.
