Just got a 2006 gls sonata and was wondering if it is pre wired for a subwoofer (Like LX) and dose the stereo have LineOut (for Amping)

yes the stereo does have the line out for amping

The schematics for all Hyundais are available online. Registration is free. I put together a guide to the information, available here: Hyundai WebTech Guide. You can look up the Sonata wiring information by going to Service Information, putting in the year and model, and selecting the ETM tab. It will show where the wires come out for the stereo so you can see if the connectors are there.

I purchased a line level converter - I would just have to know where the easiest place to splice it in would be.  There are a ton of colors for wires and they don't seem to line up between the rear speakers and head unit (is there an amp in place in a 2006 gls?)
