surfdog4 -> 2000 Stutters & Stumbles after Cold Start (9/27/2006 5:06:51 PM)

we have a 2000 Tiburon that about 40-50% of the time after it's initial start of the morning stutters and stumbles with first application of the accelerator..it goes away after a minute or two...It is not throwing any OBD-II codes.
Anyone else had this problem? I am thinking maybe Throttle Position Sensor? This is our first Hyundai so I'm a little lost on troubleshooting..and the online manual isnt a tremendous help.
