I have 05 sonata with fog light...the fog lights only come on when head lights are on. Is there any way to re-wire them so they will come on with parking lights as well as headlights?

Yes. Here are directions for doing it on an Elantra; 05 Sonata is basically the same (wire colors may differ but the switch pin numbers are the same).
