Check Engine light comes on when gas tank gets below quarter tank

I have a 2005 Hyundai Sonata and every time my gas tank level gets below 1/4 tank the engine starts running rough (only for a moment) and the check engine light comes on. The light usually goes off after I get gas.

Has anyone else had this problem? Should I be concerned?

It's still under warranty; you need to take it to the dealer.
