Thanks Patrick. That picture was taken in August 2004 when I first bought the car. Once I retrieve it from winter storage (about 60 miles from my house) and clean it up I will take some pictures with the top down. I am going to try and freshen up the interior this summer so it is more presentable with the top down. The carpeting is sun-faded but the seats are still in very good condition.

Patrick, have you ever thought about getting classic plates to void your emissions problem?

the problem in PA with their classics plates, is that they want the car to look stock, or at least look like cars did back then...if i had a classic muscle car, like a cuda or something, it wouldnt matter what it looks like, theyll give you a classic plate, but my car is odd, and not recognized as a classic...although it is old enough...

decals are gonig to be removed soon, but it wont make a difference...

1966 Volkswagen Transporter. It may not be a "Muscle Car" but I love cruising arround town in my old "Splitty" !!!
