Hi i have a 1995 accent and ive been having a problem with the charging system for some reason im getting a 19v spike which is no good. We have replaced the alternator so we know it isnt that. We have come to the conclusion that it may be the relay with diode causing the sudden voltage spike but we can not locate the relay with diode we think it is called pre-excitation resistor. If anyone knows where this is located its relay c19 it would much appreciated thanks!
