hey i have a 2000 excel and i want to put a different stereo in (a pioneer one) and i was wondering the easiest way to get the old one out. like the centre console. any help would be great!!!

My suggestion would be to crawl in underneath and see where it is attached, wiring and dash kit. Usually they are clipped in with cheap plastic pins that can easily be popped out. If you are afraid of breaking the wrong clip I would say just take off the center console and work from there.
