Status: offline 		I'm trying to replace the wiper blades for the first time (2006 model). I've raised the arm of the wiper and pushed the tab in, located at the connection with the arm/wiper, but I can't seem to get the blade loose. They are the factory wipers and I'm just not sure if I need to push or pull on something else along with pushing in the tab.

Does anyone know the procedure for removing these? I'd go by the directions on the box of new wipers if they weren't "remove old wiper. Install new wiper." Customer service with a smile.

1. My finger is pointing to the locking tab:



2. Press the tab:



3. Slide the arm as shown while continuing to press the tab:



4. Then slide it back by the attachment fitting:



5. And off:

Status: offline 		When you push the button on the wiper, you have to push the blade towards the base of the wiper or the car.
